Dr. O'Reilly treats all aspects of adult urology. His special interests include minimally invasive surgery, including robotic surgery, the management, and treatment of stone disease, and urinary incontinence in men and women. He also performs the UroLift procedure for the treatment of BPH/enlarged prostate.

Dr. Harbin practices all aspects of general urology and has a special interest in robotic urologic surgery, kidney cancer, prostate cancer, benign prostate disease (BPH/enlarged prostate), and kidney stones. Dr. Harbin was the first urologist in Maryland to perform Aquablation Therapy for the treatment of BPH. He joined Chesapeake Urology in 2017 following two years with Frederick Urology Specialists, Frederick, MD. He completed a fellowship in Robotic Urologic Surgery at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia in 2015.

Dr. Levin's special interests include laparoscopic renal and adrenal surgery for malignant and benign disease processes, endoscopic surgery and robotic prostatectomy. He also performs the UroLift procedure for the treatment of BPH/enlarged prostate. His honors include the Howard Pollack Award and the nationally recognized Pfizer Scholar in Urology Award. He was an investigator in renal tissue effects of radiofrequency ablation in both animal and human models.

Mary Beth has been a Physician Assistant since 1997. She works closely with Chesapeake Urology's Westminster physicians in the care of general urology patients and is the urology consultant for Carroll County General Hospital. She has training in the management of critically ill patients, post-operative management, and invasive procedures. She performs assessments, diagnoses, and treatments of patients in the hospital and the emergency room. She previously worked at Northwest Hospital in the Critical Care Unit. Mary Beth is available for telehealth appointments.

Dr. Angell practices general urology and specializes in minimally invasive techniques to treat urological conditions. His expertise includes robotic, laparoscopic, and endoscopic management of prostate, bladder, and kidney cancer, as well as minimally invasive treatments for ureteral disease, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH/enlarged prostate), kidney stones, and the medical and surgical management of erectile dysfunction including penile prosthesis. He also performs the UroLift procedure for the treatment of BPH/enlarged prostate.

Dr. Weinberg completed a fellowship in Urologic Trauma, Reconstructive Surgery & Male Sexual Health at New York University, Langone Medical Center in New York City. He treats adults for general urology conditions and focuses on male sexual dysfunction, incontinence surgery, erectile dysfunction, penile prosthesis, urethral stricture, hypospadias, urethral fistula, kidney stones and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Dr. Weinberg was designated a UroLift Center of Excellence in 2021, demonstrating his commitment to and experience in this minimally invasive treatment for BPH/enlarged prostate.

With specialized training and certification in neurourology, video urodynamic studies, cystoscopy, and Botox injections, Mike works closely with spinal cord injury patients as well as patients with traumatic brain injuries, stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, adult spina bifida, and complex refractory bladder issues. He also specializes in the care of veterans with complex urologic issues.
