Dr. Richard Hudes earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia, followed by an internship at Winthrop-University Hospital in Mineola, NY. He then completed a four-year residency in radiation oncology at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA where he also served as chief resident. After his residency, Dr. Hudes joined the faculty at the University of Maryland Greenebaum Cancer Center and subsequently joined the staff of St. Agnes Hospital.

Dr. Mamo performs Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) for the treatment of kidney stones. ESWL is a non-invasive treatment for smaller kidney stones. The treatment utilizes high-intensity shock waves to break stones into tiny particles that can then be passed through the urinary system. Dr. Mamo performs this procedure in Chesapeake Urology offices throughout the greater Baltimore region.

Dr. Neuman joined Chesapeake Urology in September of 2018. In addition to practicing general urology for adult men and women, Dr. Neuman specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of BPH/enlarged prostate, including the UroLift System. In 2021, Dr. Neuman was recognized as a UroLift Center of Excellence, demonstrating his commitment and experience with the minimally invasive treatment for BPH. He also sees patients for kidney stones as well as erectile dysfunction (ED).

Dr. Max Drescher specializes in Single-Port Robotic Surgery, Robotic Surgery, Urologic Cancers, and Genitourinary Tract Reconstruction at Chesapeake Urology's St. Agnes location. Dr. Drescher focuses on minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of urologic cancers and reconstructive urology, although the scope of his practice includes the breadth of urologic conditions. He has extensive experience with all robotic surgical platforms, including the Single Port system. Dr. Drescher completed his fellowship under Dr. Muthahar Ahmed at New Jersey Urology and Hackensack University Medical Center, a pioneer in contemporary robotic surgery and the single port robotic system.

Dr. Aparna Ramaseshan is double board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery. She practices at Chesapeake Urology's Columbia and St. Agnes offices. She specializes in providing comprehensive care for women facing challenges due to pelvic floor disorders, including pelvic organ prolapse, and urinary incontinence.

With specialized training and certification in neurourology, video urodynamic studies, cystoscopy, and Botox injections, Mike works closely with spinal cord injury patients as well as patients with traumatic brain injuries, stroke, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, adult spina bifida, and complex refractory bladder issues. He also specializes in the care of veterans with complex urologic issues.

Geoffrey A. Neuner, M.D. is a radiation oncologist with Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) and works with patients at Chesapeake Urology. Dr. Neuner received his doctor of medicine degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School where he also completed his internship in internal medicine. He completed his residency in radiation oncology from the University of Maryland Medical Center. Additionally, Dr. Neuner also received subspecialty training in residency in pediatrics from St. Jude Children's Hospital, gynecologic oncology from Washington University, and proton therapy from the University of Florida.

Smital is a certified physician assistant who works with patients at Northwest Hospital, Saint Agnes Hospital, Harbor Hospital, and Howard County General Hospital. She performs assessments, diagnoses, and treatments of patients in the hospital, ER, and office, performs consultations, and assists with surgery. Smital is also a member of the Advanced Prostate Cancer Clinic at Chesapeake Urology's Columbia and St. Agnes Hospital campus offices. She also sees patients in the Woodholme and Hanover offices.

Dr. Dziuba is board-certified in Radiation Oncology and Internal Medicine. He received his medical degree from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland. In addition to working with patients at Chesapeake Urology's Prostate Center, Dr. Dziuba serves as Director of Stereotactic Radiosurgery at St. Agnes Hospital Cancer Center.

Dr. Segal is fellowship-trained in male sexual medicine. He practices general urology specializes in male sexual dysfunction conditions including hypogonadism (low testosterone), priapism, premature ejaculation, and erectile dysfunction. He also specializes in penile implants. In addition, Dr. Segal treats Peyronie's disease and is a specialist in the Xiaflex treatment for men with this condition. As a general urologist, Dr. Segal also focuses on male incontinence, urethral strictures, and enlarged prostate (BPH), and performs the UroLift procedure for the treatment of BPH.

She primarily sees patients at Chesapeake Urology's Union Memorial Hospital office location where she performs hospital consultations, makes assessments, aids in the diagnosis and treatments of patients, and assists with surgical procedures. She also runs the Advanced Prostate Cancer Clinic at Chesapeake Urology's Union Memorial Hospital Office.

Glennda Smith, CRNP joins Chesapeake Urology as a highly accomplished nursing professional with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) specializing in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care, earned with honors from St. Joseph's College of Maine in 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), having graduated Summa Cum Laude from Walden University in 2017, and an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from Frederick Community College. With a strong background in both hospital and non-hospital nursing roles, Glennda's experience spans critical care, post-anesthesia care, PICC line insertions, and home infusion nursing. Her professional journey reflects a dedication to patient-centered care, continuous learning, and leadership.

Susan Tarry, M.D. is a reconstructive urologist with more than 13 years of urology experience. She specializes in complex reconstructive surgeries, including urethral stricture disease, robotic-assisted urinary diversion, and reconstruction of the kidney and ureter. Dr. Tarry also focuses on Peyronie's disease and offers plaque excision and allograft surgeries for the most complex conditions, urinary fistulae, and repair of complications from transgender surgical procedures and ureteral re-implantation. She is one of a few urologists who has offered bloodless surgery for the care of patients' surgical needs without the use of banked blood products.

Wendy has been a Physician Assistant since 2006. She performs assessments, diagnoses, and treatments of patients in the hospital and Emergency Room at Saint Agnes Hospital, Harbor Hospital, and Sinai Hospital, and performs hospital consultations and assists with surgery. Wendy has a strong background in the emergency room and is certified in femoral central lines and lumbar punctures.

Dr. Robert Brookland is a board-certified radiation oncologist who earned his medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine. Following his internal medicine residency, he completed his residency in radiation oncology at the University of Pennsylvania where he was an American Cancer Society Fellow and served as chief resident. After staff appointments in the Departments of Radiation Oncology at the University of Pennsylvania and the Fox Chase Cancer Center, Dr. Brookland relocated to Baltimore where he currently chairs the Department of Radiation Oncology at Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) and works with patients at the Chesapeake Urology Prostate Center.

In private practice since 1990, primarily in south Baltimore and Howard County, Dr. Langer treats all aspects of adult urology. He has a special interest in erectile dysfunction and is experienced in prosthetic surgery, minimally invasive therapy for benign and cancerous prostate disorders in men, and also specializes in female voiding dysfunction and incontinence. In 2019, Dr. Langer performed his 200th UroLift procedure, a significant accomplishment on behalf of his patients living with BPH/enlarged prostate. In 2020,

Diane Young, PA-C is a Physician Assistant who specializes in general urology care working closely with the physicians in Chesapeake Urology's St. Agnes office. Diane joins Chesapeake Urology with over 20 years of experience as a PA and 14 years working in the ER at BWMC, St Agnes and Brigham & Women's Hospital.

Joseph LaBate, CRNP, MSN is a nurse practitioner who specializes in Inpatient Urologic Care working closely with the physicians in Chesapeake Urology's St. Agnes and Columbia offices. He treats acute and chronic urologic conditions. Joseph received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and his Master of Science in Nursing - Adult/Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA.
