Since our programs change monthly, we occasionally incorporate rebounders, jump boards, hula hoops, strength rings, dumbbells, resistance balls, kettlebells, TRX straps, and other fitness tools to add variety and challenge for all levels of fitness.
Korlates group reformer fitness classes are fifty minutes of overall body conditioning programs with an emphasis on strengthening the "core", increasing flexibility, and toning the hips and buttocks for better balance and stability.
