Dr. Mendez is fellowship-trained from one of the top programs in the nation in sexual dysfunction, genital reconstructive surgery, andrology, and male infertility. She specializes in comprehensive erectile dysfunction management, penile prosthetics, male & female sexual dysfunction, Peyronie's disease, testosterone replacement therapy, male infertility, microscopic surgery, male & female stress urinary incontinence, and male pelvic pain and testicular pain. Dr. Mendez also has interests in stone disease, BPH, overactive bladder, hematuria, and non-invasive bladder cancer.

Dr. Philip Koi is a urologist with a particular interest in kidney stones, prostatic diseases, female urology (including incontinence), no-needle/no-scalpel vasectomy, minimally invasive prostate procedures, testosterone replacement, and voiding dysfunction. He has been published in numerous scientific publications and conducted four Drug Study Protocols. Prior to joining Chesapeake Urology, Dr. Koi spent the last 15+ years at Arizona Urology Specialists in Phoenix, AZ where he served as a senior physician.

Bethlehem "Betty" Addis is a certified family nurse practitioner with extensive experience in hospital settings, outpatient clinics, sub-acute care, and long-term care. She joined Chesapeake Urology in 2021, working with patients at Montgomery General Hospital and in Chesapeake Urology's Silver Spring office. Betty performs assessments, diagnoses, and treatment of patients in the hospital and ER, performs consultations, sees inpatient/ER consultations, manages post-operative patients, and performs admissions and discharges. She began her career as a registered nurse at Holy Cross Hospital in 2013 and has worked since in various capacities as a family nurse practitioner before joining Chesapeake Urology.

Dr. Kurnot treats all aspects of adult urology. His special interests focus on no-scalpel vasectomy, prostate cancer including percutaneous (non-surgical) cryosurgical ablation of the prostate for localized prostate cancer, and comprehensive treatments for advanced kidney stone conditions including percutaneous cryosurgery for large kidney stones.

Dr. Vora practices general urology and sees adult patients and teens ages 15 and over. He focuses on urologic cancers, bladder control conditions including incontinence and overactive bladder, enlarged prostate (BPH), kidney stones, elevated PSA counseling, hematuria, erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, vasectomy, and urinary tract infections. He also performs the UroLift procedure for the treatment of BPH/enlarged prostate.

Candice Fori, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant who joined Chesapeake Urology in 2022. Candice performs consultation and assessments, seeing patients for the diagnosis and treatment of general urology conditions at Chesapeake Urology's Silver Spring office and also seeing patients at Montgomery General Hospital with added coverage at Howard County General Hospital. Her previous experience includes work as a PA at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center in medical oncology and at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in GYN oncology and hematology.
