Chesapeake Urology's Largo clinic offers a range of services from routine check-ups and preventive care to the diagnosis and treatment of complex urological conditions.

Dr. Daoud Dajani is a fellowship-trained urologist specializing in advanced robotic and laparoscopic surgeries to treat malignant and benign conditions of the urinary tract. His surgical areas of focus include advanced techniques in prostate, kidney, and bladder cancer surgery. Prior to joining Chesapeake Urology, Dr. Dajani was a urologist with the Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical group from 2016-2022, and he served as the chair of the Mid-Atlantic Robotic Surgeons covering Baltimore, Washington DC, Southern MD, and Northern VA. He currently serves as Medical Director of Genitourinary Oncology, University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center.

Dr. Harbhajan S. Ajrawat is a board-certified urologist who specializes in general adult urology and urologic conditions affecting men including BPH/enlarged prostate, prostate cancer, stone disease, and erectile dysfunction. Prior to joining Chesapeake Urology, Dr. Ajrawat was in urology practice for four decades, caring for patients throughout the Southern Maryland region. His care philosophy has always been to treat patients as you would treat yourself.

Tara joined Chesapeake Urology in 2018 as a Physician Assistant at Montgomery General Hospital as well as in Chesapeake Urology's Silver Spring office. Tara performs assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in the hospital and ER, performs consultations, sees inpatient/ER consultations, manages post-operative patients, and performs admissions and discharges. She specializes in the care of patients with prostate cancer and runs the Advanced Prostate Cancer Clinic at Chesapeake Urology's Silver Spring office. Tara is also available for telehealth appointments.
